My role: To manage the multiple paths we find ourselves traversing and to give staff & volunteers the support they need to fully represent the people we serve.
My passion: Has always been for people to have real lives where
* opportunities are given to take risks
* choices are provided for supports to help people
stay safe and
* we say "What do you want and how can I help?"
and never say "This is the only way it works".
