Overview

The Arc of Adams County offers two different support groups for people with I/DD and their families.

Speaking for Ourselves is a self advocacy group for adults with I/DD to help them learn the necessary skills to advocate for themselves.

Uniquely Ours is a parent support group which gathers monthly to discuss different topics and issues related to our children and their special needs.
